Why they work at professional events
Giant games require no physical skill or explanation: everyone knows how to play ludo or Connect 4. In XXL format they are also played standing and in groups, which encourages conversation between people who don’t know each other. That is why they fit so well into conference breaks, cocktail receptions and networking sessions.

Set-up and space
Most set up in ten or fifteen minutes and need no power. Floor boards need about 6 × 6 m; standing games about 2 × 2 m. They work indoors and outdoors on a smooth surface.
