Which simulator to choose
The choice depends on three things: space, audience and your brand message.
- Automotive, mobility and sports sponsorship: car or MotoGP simulator. A real seat, steering wheel or handlebars and a big screen.
- Technology and innovation: virtual reality and VR hang-gliding. Custom environments featuring your product can be loaded.
- Sport and the snow or summer season: skiing, snowboarding, surfing or skateboarding, on motion platforms.
- Mixed audiences and company parties: virtual penalties and shooting, with short, very visual rounds.
Why they work at trade shows and conferences
A simulator keeps a visitor engaged for three to ten minutes, much longer than any other game. While one person drives or flies, others watch the screen, and that audience is the best advertising to grow the queue. With a fastest-lap or high-score leaderboard you also have a natural reason to collect contact details and follow up with the winner.
Installation and staff
All of them run on 220 V. Simulators with motion platforms or VR headsets are always run by one of our technicians, who adjusts the difficulty, cleans the headsets and manages turns. We send the exact dimensions of each unit so your stand builder can plan the space.
Simulators for events: custom branding made to measure
No game leaves our warehouse the same way twice: we prepare it to measure for each event. We place your logo, your colours and your messages wherever you want: the frame, seats and stands, the welcome screen, the leaderboard, the videos shown between rounds and even the tracks, scenes or questions in the game. You decide how much branding shows, from a discreet logo to a game fully dressed in your campaign.
- Design and proof: send us your logo or brand guidelines and we will return a visual proof before anything is produced.
- Your campaign, not just any game: we adapt prizes, copy, questions and mechanics to the product you are launching or the message you want to leave.
- Built for the photo: every round is a branded image that attendees share on social media.
- Lead times: two weeks’ notice covers everything; if you are in a hurry, ask us, as many branding jobs can be done in a few days.
Have an idea you do not see here? We will look into it: if there is a surface, a screen or a moment in the game, it can be branded. See everything we can customise.

Frequently asked questions
Can we put our brand on the simulator?
Yes. We wrap the structure and customise the waiting screen or track with your logo.
How many people can try it in a day?
It depends on round length. With 3-minute rounds, one simulator can serve about 15-20 people an hour.
Are there age or height limits?
Some have. For example, the car simulator requires a minimum height of 120 cm. We state it on each product page.
